What kind of paper are the prints made on?
All prints are produced as fine art Giclée prints on carefully selected premium matte paper with a soft, smooth finish and natural white tone.
The paper collection I use also forms part of a more sustainable range that prioritises eco-conscious materials and production methods where possible, including recycled, vegan, plastic-free, and responsibly sourced options alongside eco inks.
How is the artwork created?
Each piece begins as an original work created by me using a mixture of mediums depending on the collection and feeling I want to capture.
This can include drawing, painting, collage, digital illustration, texture work, photography, or hand-painted elements layered together over time. The final artwork is then refined digitally before being prepared as a high-quality fine art print.
I love combining traditional and digital processes because it allows me to preserve the warmth and texture of handmade work while making the pieces accessible as archival-quality prints.
Are your prints original artworks?
Yes — all artworks are original pieces created by me for Awiista unless otherwise stated.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and where your order is fulfilled from.
- Australia: approximately 3–8 business days
- International: approximately 5–15 business days
Please allow a little extra time during launches or holiday periods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide.
Orders are fulfilled through trusted print partners across Australia, the UK, Canada, the US, and other regions where possible so pieces can be produced closer to you while reducing unnecessary shipping and waste.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
Why do you use a print-on-demand model?
I intentionally chose a made-to-order model because it allows Awiista to operate in a slower and more sustainable way without unnecessary overproduction or waste.
It also allows me to focus most of my energy on creating meaningful artwork while balancing motherhood and everyday life.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because each piece is printed to order, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
